Terms of Service

Welcome to Propserv360. These Terms of Service describe, at a high level, how our platform works and how the various policies that apply to your use of it fit together. Together with the specific policies linked below, they form the agreement between you and Propserv360 Home Improvements ("Propserv360", "we", "us", "our").

1. What Propserv360 does

Propserv360 is a software (SaaS) platform and online marketplace. For customers, we connect you with independent, vetted Professionals and Suppliers who carry out home-improvement and home-services work, and we provide tools to request quotes, book jobs, manage payments and track work. For property managers, managing agents, freeholders, RMCs, RTMs and block managers ("Business Users"), we provide software to help run residential blocks and commercial premises — organising maintenance, compliance, documents, residents and communications — together with a marketplace of Professionals to carry out work.

We are a technology platform and marketplace only. The work itself is carried out by independent Professionals, and property and block management decisions are made by the relevant Business User — not by Propserv360. We are not a party to the service contract between a customer and a Professional (or between residents and a Business User), we do not employ Professionals, and we are not the property manager or managing agent for any block or site.

2. The agreements that apply to you

Depending on how you use Propserv360, one or more of the following apply to you, alongside these Terms of Service:

• Terms of Use — the general rules for browsing and using our website and apps.
• Terms & Conditions — the contractual terms that apply once you make a booking as a customer.
• Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy — how changes to bookings are handled.
• Professional & Supplier Policy — the standards and terms that apply if you join our network as a Professional or Supplier.
• Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy — how we handle your personal data and use cookies.

If there's ever a conflict between these Terms of Service and one of the specific policies above for a particular situation, the more specific policy will apply to that situation.

3. Eligibility and accounts

To use most features of Propserv360 you'll need to create an account and provide accurate information about yourself or your business. You're responsible for keeping your account details secure and for all activity that happens under your account.

4. Fees and payments

Some services on Propserv360 are free to use (such as browsing and requesting quotes); others — such as completing a paid booking, joining a membership plan, or using premium features — involve a charge, which will always be made clear to you before you commit to pay. Payments are processed securely through our payment partners (including Stripe); we don't store your full card details ourselves.

5. Fair use and suspension

We want Propserv360 to be a safe, trustworthy place for customers and Professionals alike. We may suspend or close an account, or decline to provide a service, where we reasonably believe these terms (or any of the linked policies) have been seriously or repeatedly broken, where there's a risk of harm or fraud, or where required by law — and we'll act fairly and proportionately when we do.

6. Changes to the platform and these terms

We're always working to improve Propserv360, which means our services, features and these terms may change over time. Where changes are material, we'll take reasonable steps to let you know. Continuing to use Propserv360 after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for things that can't be limited or excluded under UK law (such as death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Subject to that, our liability to you is limited as set out in our Terms & Conditions and Terms of Use.

8. Governing law

These Terms of Service, and any dispute arising from them or your use of Propserv360, are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
