Privacy Policy
Last updated: 7 June 2026
Propserv360 ("we", "us", "our") provides a platform for booking trusted home improvement and property services across the UK, accessible at propserv360.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and the choices and rights you have.
1. Who we are
Propserv360 is the data controller for personal data collected through the Site. If you have any questions about this policy or how your data is handled, you can contact us at propserv360@gmail.com.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you give us
- Account details — name, email address, phone number, postal address and (optionally) a profile photo, when you register or update your profile.
- Booking details — the service requested, property size/scope, preferred date and time, job description, and any notes you provide to your assigned professional.
- Quote requests — your name, email, phone number and the service you're interested in, when you submit an enquiry from the homepage.
- Payment information — when you pay online, your card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure checkout; we never see or store your full card number. We retain a record of the transaction (amount, date, status) for your order history and our accounts.
- Communications — messages, support requests or feedback you send us.
2.2 Information collected automatically
- Usage data — pages visited, links clicked, device/browser type, and approximate location (derived from IP address), collected via Google Analytics (Google tag) where you have given consent.
- Cookies and similar technologies — see Section 6 below for details on cookies and how to manage your preferences.
3. How we use your information
- To create and manage your account, and to match you with vetted professionals for the services you book.
- To process bookings, payments, refunds, membership subscriptions and Prop Coins wallet transactions.
- To communicate with you about your bookings, account, quote requests, offers and service updates.
- To respond to enquiries, complaints and support requests.
- To improve our Site, services and customer experience, including through aggregated analytics.
- To detect, prevent and investigate fraud, abuse or security issues, and to comply with our legal obligations.
4. Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only where necessary, including with:
- Service professionals assigned to your booking — limited to the details needed to carry out the job (name, contact details, address, job description).
- Payment processors — we use Stripe to process card payments and subscriptions securely; Stripe handles your card data under its own privacy policy and PCI-compliant systems.
- Service providers who support our operations (e.g. cloud hosting and infrastructure via Google Firebase, email delivery), bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
- Authorities where we are required to do so by law, regulation or legal process.
5. How long we keep your data
We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services, and afterwards for as long as necessary to comply with our legal, accounting or reporting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time (see Section 8).
6. Cookies and analytics — Consent Mode
We use cookies and similar technologies, including Google's measurement tag (Google Analytics / GA4), to understand how visitors use our Site and to improve it. In line with Google's Consent Mode, analytics and advertising cookies are switched off by default for every visitor, and only activated if you choose to accept them via the cookie banner shown on the Site.
- Essential cookies — required for the Site to function (e.g. keeping you signed in); these are always active and cannot be disabled.
- Analytics cookies — help us understand site usage (e.g. pages visited, time on page); only active if you click "Accept" on the cookie banner.
You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this Site (which removes the saved consent preference) and reloading the page — the cookie banner will reappear so you can choose again.
7. Your rights
If you are in the UK or EEA, data protection law gives you a number of rights over your personal data, including the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you;
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
- Request erasure of your data ("right to be forgotten");
- Object to or restrict certain processing;
- Request a portable copy of your data; and
- Withdraw consent at any time where we rely on consent (e.g. analytics cookies, marketing emails).
To exercise any of these rights, email us at propserv360@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before actioning your request. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
8. Managing or deleting your account
You can update your profile information and change your password at any time from your dashboard's Account Settings. To request deletion of your account and associated personal data, contact us at propserv360@gmail.com — we'll action your request promptly, subject to any data we're required to retain by law (e.g. transaction records for accounting purposes).
9. Security
We use industry-standard technical and organisational measures — including encrypted connections, secure cloud infrastructure (Google Firebase) and access controls — to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work hard to safeguard your information.
10. Children's privacy
Our services are intended for adults (18+) who can enter into a contract for home services. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. We'll post the revised version here with an updated "Last updated" date, and where appropriate, notify you directly.
12. Contact us
Questions, concerns or requests relating to this Privacy Policy or your personal data can be sent to propserv360@gmail.com.
