These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Propserv360 website and any associated apps or tools (the "Site"). By browsing or using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you go on to book a service or join as a Professional, our Terms & Conditions also apply to that relationship.

1. Using the Site

You may use the Site to browse our services, request quotes, make bookings, manage your account and communicate with us and our network of Professionals. You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent/guardian's permission, to create an account or make a booking.

2. Your account

• Keep your login details confidential and don't share your account with anyone else.
• Make sure the information you give us (name, contact details, address) is accurate and kept up to date.
• Tell us straight away if you think your account has been used without your permission, so we can help secure it.

3. Acceptable use

When using the Site, please don't:

• Use it for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that could damage, disable or impair it;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, our systems or another user's account;
• Upload or transmit anything harmful (such as viruses or malicious code), abusive, defamatory or fraudulent;
• Scrape, copy or reuse content from the Site for commercial purposes without our written permission; or
• Impersonate another person, or misrepresent your relationship with Propserv360.

4. Content and intellectual property

The Site, including its design, text, graphics, logos and software, is owned by or licensed to Propserv360 and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use, but you may not reproduce, republish or redistribute any part of the Site without our permission.

5. Links to other sites

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (for example, payment providers or social media). We don't control these sites and aren't responsible for their content, policies or practices — please check their own terms and privacy notices before using them.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Site running smoothly, but we don't guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free — for example, we may need to carry out maintenance or updates from time to time. We may also change, suspend or withdraw any part of the Site without notice.

7. Liability

We provide the Site on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we won't be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site, except where that loss is caused by our negligence or in respect of matters which cannot be excluded under UK law (such as death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
